Oh my goodness, how have I not discovered this place sooner?! With over a thousand reviews, I'm shocked I didn't take notice earlier. Now I realize, every time I come to the Walmart plaza here, the delicious aromas wafting in the air must've been from Los Cucos. I met up with my hubby here for a lunch date on a work day. We ordered from the pick two menu. I picked the green chicken enchilada and fried avocado with carne asada, while my husband chose the red chicken enchilada and carne asada fajita. Both came with rice and beans. And of course there was chips and salsa as a complimentary starter. Everything was DELICIOUS! They used good quality meats in all their foods. I enjoyed the red sauce enchilada more than the green enchilada. The fried avocado was sooo good. It's not literally a stuffed avocado. It's more like big slices of avocado laden with meat and all deep fried in yumminess. The carne asada fajita meat was so juicy and flavorful, but it was just a tortilla filled with meat and nothing else. Even the rice and beans are rich with flavor. Usually I ignore the rice at Mexican restaurants, but this rice is actually tasty. And finally, even the complimentary salsa is packed with flavor. I love the green guacamole-like sauce. We will definitely return.

This place is !!! We've been here a few times and it doesn't disappoint. Everything I've had has been incredibly good and the portions are hugeee. Shrimp Cocktail "appetizer" is a whole freaking meal by itself and soo good! I've had it on every trip. Service staff is always friendly and attentive and the atmosphere inside is very nice and welcoming. Everything is super clean and presentable. Oh yea, the micheladas are amazing as well and as you can see from the picture, pretty big!

Came in for Sunday brunch which started back up about a month ago since COVID closure and wow it did not disappoint. Our server was great! The food was also very delicious. They had an omelette and taco station. They offered pozole and menudo, and a lot of other Mexican options like, taquitos, enchiladas, Chile rellenos and diff styles if meat (mole, guisados, etc) *sorry could get pictures due to many around Price went up $10 but I think it's still worth it The place a bit of a mess inside due to the rain during the week. They had buckets around and table were close to others to make room for as many as they can. The rain caused a lot of issues because Vegas isn't known for rain but they are working to get that all fixed. Did ruin our meal at all

What an absolute delight! From the phone call where I asked if there was room for me on a Sunday afternoon, it was a gracious, delicious experience. The house Margarita was an absolute winner, with Don Julio, lemon and lime, and agave nectar. No premade sour mix -- heavenly. My server Rocio was attentive, kind, and careful. Both the salsa and creamy salsa that came with the chips contained my enemy, cilantro. So I ordered a side of refried beans and sour cream to tide me over. The refried beans were perfectly salty, and just what I wanted. For my main, I ordered the mango fish - the fish was moist, perfectly cooked, served on a bed of moist rice and topped with a buttery Seafood sauce with octopus, shrimp, and scallops. I will be back!
